Dr Roslyn Franklin comes to your practice for a full day of infection control auditing, training and education for the entire team.
How It Works / What You Get
1. Pre-Session Meeting (30 minutes)
A preparatory discussion to tailor the day to your specific needs.
2. On the Day
- Morning (4 hours)
Your practice operates as usual while Dr Ros discreetly evaluate infection control practices using an electronic checklist. I'll identify gaps and areas for improvement, aligning my observations with the latest guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Afternoon (4 hours)
After lunch, Dr Ros will lead an engaging training session for the entire team (including dental practitioners!). The session is tailored to audit finding, but and also includes other areas you have highlighted in the pre-session meeting. The session includes a mix of a PowerPoint presentation, videos and hands-on activities.
3. Post-Day Deliverables:
- Comprehensive Report
A detailed report highlighting areas of compliance and non-compliance, complete with corrective actions and recommendations to guide your next steps.
- One-Hour Follow-Up Meeting
We'll schedule a phone or virtual meeting to review the findings, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any doubts. This is your time to ensure you're fully equipped to move forward with confidence.
