Infection Prevention and Control Auditing for Dental Practices

Are you prepared for an unexpected inspection or perhaps you want an objective analysis of your practice’s infection prevention and control (IPC) processes and procedures?

IPC audits are specialised audits that focus entirely on infection prevention and control processes.

Get a fresh and confidential look at your infection control policies and procedures, your practice’s activities and overall compliance with current standards, guidelines and regulations.

Infection Control Auditing Assessment - Overview

I have experience working as a consultant auditor for the Australian Health Practitioner and Regulation Agency (Ahpra) and the Dental Board of Australia.

Each audit provides an objective and confidential assessment of your practice’s infection prevention policies and procedures against the current applicable standards, guidelines, regulations and best practice. Furthermore, you are provided with a comprehensive report detailing appropriate recommendations to align with current requirements and best practices. Afterwards, I provide a one-hour phone or virtual meeting to discuss and talk through the audit results and answer any questions.

Lastly, you have the choice of either an in-practice audit or live virtual audit, depending on your requirements.
